Chicory Belgian Endive Seeds - Mechelse

- Perennial Plant, Plant requires two cultivation stages. First, it is
sown in spring. In the second stage the plants are
pulled out in autumn, the roots are placed vertically
side by side and the plants are buried 50 cm deep in
a well-drained trench. During winter, the roots yield
white, elongated hearts. 

- The fiber content in chicory also aids in weight management by increasing feelings of fullness and reducing appetite.
