Chicory Endive Arugula Seeds - Barbe de Capucin

- Perennial plant with long, narrow, dark green leaves,
which measures 40 cm in height. Leaves have a
sweet flavour. To blanch, tie plants up three weeks
before harvesting. Also suitable for the production
of hellweed, if roots are placed in a dark spot at
20ºC, lightly watering it every day. <br>

- The fiber content in chicory also aids in weight management by increasing feelings of fullness and reducing appetite.
