We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

All original tags must be attached

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at sales@apnaugao.com within 15 days of delivery.
If your return is approved:

We will send you return instructions and a return shipping label

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping will be free of charge

For all other returns, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@apnaugao.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Damaged or incorrect items are not required to meet standard return conditions (such as unused packaging).
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
