We offer a 15-day return policy β€” you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened, in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging, with all original tags or seals intact
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Seed packets must be unopened and unused β€” once seeds have been opened, sown, or planted, they are no longer eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at sales@apnaugao.com within 15 days of delivery.

If your return is approved:

  • We will send you return instructions and a return shipping label
  • Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping is free of charge
  • For all other returns, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@apnaugao.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Damaged or incorrect items do not need to meet the standard return conditions (such as unopened packaging).


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Live plants (including potted and indoor plants)
  • Seeds that have been opened, sown, or planted
  • Items purchased under a special promotional offer or scheme (for example, free-gift bundles or limited-time promo-code deals). Note: our everyday discounted pricing shown with a crossed-out original price is standard pricing and remains returnable β€” only dedicated promotional-offer items are excluded.
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
