11. Substitute Products

  • If a product is unavailable, we may suggest substitutes. If not suitable, a full refund will be issued.

12. Out of Stock & Busy Periods

  • We’ll inform you of any delays or out-of-stock items and provide an estimated delivery time. You may choose a refund or credit note.

13. Age Restrictions

  • Purchases of tools or certain products require you to be 18 or older. If under 18, seek help from a parent or guardian.

14. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver throughout Pakistan where our courier partners operate.

  • All deliveries are via Proof of Delivery. If you are not available, the courier will leave a card for redelivery.

  • If delivery fails twice, goods will be returned, and re-dispatch charges may apply.

  • Orders in stock are dispatched within 24 hours; standard delivery is 48–72 hours. Large items may take 5–14 days.

  • Orders on Fridays dispatch on Monday; delivery is usually Tuesday or Wednesday.

15. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to foreseeable losses and will not exceed the order amount. We are not liable for business-related losses.
