Pruning & Drainage Tip
Trim plants back by one-third after flowering each year to prevent woody legginess and encourage fresh bushy growth. Never overwater — thyme rots quickly in waterlogged soil. Well-drained or sandy soil is essential.

Organic Thyme Seeds – Fragrant Culinary

Grow Organic Thyme — a fragrant, drought-tolerant Mediterranean perennial that thrives in Pakistan’s hot dry climate. Essential for roast chicken, slow-cooked meats, soups, stocks, and marinades. Once established it grows for years with minimal attention. Harvest sprigs fresh or dry for long-term storage — dried thyme retains its intense earthy-resinous flavour for 12–18 months. One of the most reliable perennial herbs for a Pakistani kitchen garden.

How To Grow

Surface sow Thyme seeds on moist seed-starting mix — do not cover, light aids germination. Keep at 15–22°C; germination in 14–21 days (slow — be patient). Thin or transplant to 10–12 inches apart once seedlings are large enough to handle. Thyme is a slow-growing perennial woody herb that rewards patience. Once established it is drought-tolerant, very long-lived, and produces prolifically. Grows best in well-drained, slightly alkaline soil. Excellent in Pakistan’s hot dry summers.
