Our Germination Guarantee

All our seeds are carefully sourced and stored to give you strong germination results. When sown in the right season and according to each seed’s planting requirements, you can expect healthy sprouting from the majority of your seeds.

Expert Guidance

Not sure when or how to sow? Our team is happy to help, whether you’re a first-time gardener or an experienced grower. Reach out with any questions about sowing, germination, or plant care.

Germination Claims

Sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your seeds fail to germinate despite being sown in the right season and according to their planting instructions, we’ll replace the same quantity of seeds free of charge.

To make a claim:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of sowing.
  2. Share your order number, sowing date, and photos of the sowing area or tray.
  3. Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement.

Please note: our responsibility is limited to replacing the seeds. Apnaugao Pvt. Limited is not liable for any other losses resulting from non-germination.

Returns

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used seed packets (seeds are perishable)
  • Custom or personalized products

Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ask us before sending it back.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund:

  • Online payments: refunded to your original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa

Refunds may take a few working days to reflect, depending on your bank or wallet provider.
