Germination Claims

While we strive to provide the best seeds possible, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you encounter any germination issues with seeds if planted according to the weather and seeds unique planting requirements then as per law of Pakistan ApnaUagao will replace same quantity of seeds with the claimed seeds. other financial loses because of non germination of seeds are not the responsibility of Apnaugao private limited what so ever.

Return Policy

Please refer to our return policy for guidance. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your seeds to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the seeds must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our sales team at to initiate a return.


While we accept returns for most items, there are a few exceptions. Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns for seeds that have been opened or used. Additionally, custom products and personalised items are non-returnable. If your return is approved, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, as this is dependent on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
