Deliciously

I planted these Red Shallots Onion seeds and was pleased with the germination rate—most seeds sprouted within 10–14 days. The shallots developed a nice deep red color and a mild, sweet flavor, making them great for fresh use. However, the size of the shallots varied; some grew larger than expected, while others remained smaller. The yield was decent, but not as high as I had hoped. Overall, a good experience for home gardening, though results may vary
