How To grow Microgreens ?
Microgreens are easy to grow indoors. Simply sow the seeds evenly on a moist growing medium, gently press them down, and cover lightly. Keep the tray in a warm place and mist daily until germination. Once sprouted, place them under indirect sunlight.
When to harvest Microgreens?

Microgreens are ready to harvest in 7–14 days, once the first true leaves appear. For sprouts, you can harvest earlier (around 5–7 days).
