Partial Payment Policy

We want large and heavy orders to reach you smoothly, so we offer Partial Payment (Advance + Cash on Delivery): you pay a small advance now and the rest when your order arrives.

Who Qualifies

Your order qualifies for Partial Payment if:

  • The order total is above Rs. 2,000, or
  • The total order weight is above 2 kg

How It Works

  1. Place your order on our website as usual.
  2. We’ll contact you. After you submit your order, our Customer Support team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order details and the advance amount.
  3. Pay the advance. Send the advance by bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa. We’ll share the payment details with you.
  4. Order confirmed. Once we receive your advance, your order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch.
  5. Pay the rest on delivery. Pay the remaining amount in cash to the courier when your order arrives. You can also pay it online before delivery if you prefer.

At Delivery

  • Please check that your parcel is sealed and undamaged before paying the remaining amount.
  • If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with, you may refuse it and contact us right away.
  • If you’ve already paid the full amount online, nothing is due. Just receive your order.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before dispatch: You can cancel within 24 hours of paying the advance for a full refund. After 24 hours, the advance is non-refundable because it covers processing and packing costs.
  • After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Any amount paid online beyond the advance will be refunded, minus return shipping charges.
  • Failed delivery: If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be cancelled. The advance will not be refunded, but any additional amount paid online will be.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers may not apply to Partial Payment orders unless stated otherwise. The advance amount stays fixed once confirmed.
