Payment Conditions

At Apnaugao Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our payment conditions before placing your order.

Advance Payment Requirements

To ensure safe delivery and reduce shipment issues, advance payment is required in the following cases:

  • Orders weighing above 3 kg
  • All live plants
  • All liquid products (plant food, fertilizers, nutrients, Pesticides etc.)

These items are sensitive during shipping and therefore require payment confirmation before dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders that do not fall into the above categories.

We reserve the right to request partial or full advance payment for any order based on order value, location, or past order history.

We currently accept advance payments through:

  • EasyPaisa

Order Processing

  • Orders requiring advance payment are processed only after payment confirmation.
  • Delays in payment may result in order cancellation or stock unavailability.
