Full Advance Payment

Some products are delicate during shipping, so we require full payment before dispatch for:

  • Live plants
  • Liquid products (plant food, liquid fertilizers, nutrients, pesticides, etc.)

Partial Advance Payment

Orders that are above Rs. 2,000 or weigh more than 2 kg require a partial advance, with the remaining amount payable on delivery. See our [Partial Payment Policy] for full details.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Full Cash on Delivery is available for all other orders.

We may request a partial or full advance on any order based on its value, delivery location, or order history.
