1. Shipping Charges: Seeds, Fertilizers, Soil & Gardening Supplies
These items ship through our Express Services courier partners (such as TCS and PostEx). The charge depends on the total weight of your order:

Orders Above 20 kg: Goods Transport (Builty)
Orders weighing more than 20 kg are too heavy for courier services, so we send them through goods transport (builty).
- Charge at checkout: Rs. 1,000 (packing and booking).
- After you place your order, our team will contact you to confirm the transport company and your nearest terminal.
- You collect the parcel from the transport company's terminal in your city.
2. Daewoo FastEx: Doorstep Delivery for Prepaid Orders
In cities covered by Daewoo FastEx (53 cities), you can get your order delivered by Daewoo FastEx. Your parcel is delivered to your doorstep, often at a lower charge than regular courier, especially on heavier orders.
How to request Daewoo: Daewoo is not shown as an option at checkout. Message us on WhatsApp at 0300-0300699 before or right after placing your order. Our team will confirm that your city is covered, share the final amount (products + Daewoo charge) and send the payment details.
- Prepaid only: Cash on Delivery is not available with Daewoo. Your order must be fully paid in advance before we dispatch it.
- Doorstep delivery: Delivered to your address. No need to visit a Daewoo terminal.
- Coverage: 53 cities. See the full list of Daewoo cities.
- Delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch (2 days in Lahore, 2–3 days in most of Punjab and KP, 3–4 days in Sindh). See each city's time in the Daewoo cities list.
- Products: Seeds, fertilizers, soil and gardening supplies. Live plants are not sent by Daewoo.
- Maximum weight: 30 kg per order.

3. Shipping Charges: Live Plants
Live plants need careful, fast handling, so they ship with our Express Delivery Fresh service. The charge depends on the total weight of the plants in your order:

Live Plant Orders Above 10 kg: Special Delivery
For live plant orders weighing more than 10 kg, checkout shows Special Delivery at Rs. 0. This is not free delivery: our team will contact you after the order to arrange the best transport option (courier, builty or cargo) and share the delivery charge with you before dispatch.
4. Orders With Both Plants and Other Products
Live plants and other products are packed and shipped separately, because plants need special handling. If your cart contains both, checkout adds:
- the Express Services charge for the weight of your seeds, fertilizers, soil and supplies, plus
- the Express Delivery Fresh charge for the weight of your plants.
The total of both is shown at checkout as your shipping charge.
5. Free Shipping
- Shipping is free on orders of Rs. 15,000 or more (order subtotal, before shipping).
- It is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders that need advance payment are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
7. Payment & Cash on Delivery
Some orders need full or partial advance payment before dispatch, depending on the products, weight and order value. Please see our Payment Conditions and Partial Payment Policy for details.

9. How Shipping Is Calculated (Examples)
- Example 1: 3 seed packets weighing 0.1 kg in total → Rs. 275.
- Example 2: A 1.5 kg fertilizer and potting mix order → Rs. 425.
- Example 3: One live plant weighing 2.5 kg → Rs. 750.
- Example 4: Seeds weighing 0.3 kg + one live plant weighing 1.8 kg → Rs. 275 + Rs. 550 = Rs. 825.
- Example 5: A 25 kg soil order → Rs. 1,000 at checkout, sent by goods transport (builty).
- Example 6: A prepaid 12 kg soil order in a Daewoo city → Rs. 1,000 by Daewoo FastEx (instead of Rs. 1,275 by courier).
- Example 7: A prepaid 25 kg order in a Daewoo city → Rs. 1,800 by Daewoo FastEx, delivered to your door.
- Example 8: Any order of Rs. 15,000 or more → free shipping.

We deliver all across Pakistan, including smaller cities and towns, through our courier partners. For very heavy orders, we use goods transport to your nearest terminal.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
No. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

Do you ship through Daewoo?
Yes, for prepaid orders only. In cities covered by Daewoo, Daewoo FastEx delivers your parcel to your doorstep. It is not available as a checkout option: message us on WhatsApp at 0300-0300699 to request it, and our team will confirm your city and share the payment details. Rates start at Rs. 400 (up to 5 kg). The order must be fully paid in advance. Cash on Delivery is not available with Daewoo, and live plants are not sent by Daewoo.

Do I have to collect my Daewoo parcel from a terminal?
No. Daewoo FastEx delivers to your doorstep in the cities it serves.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery with Daewoo?
No. Daewoo orders must be fully paid in advance by bank transfer, card, JazzCash or Easypaisa. If you want Cash on Delivery, choose the Express courier option instead.
Why is the shipping for live plants different?
Live plants are packed and shipped separately with special care so they arrive fresh and healthy, so they use our Express Delivery Fresh rates.
Why am I paying two shipping charges?
If your cart has both live plants and other products, they ship as two separate parcels, so checkout adds the charge for each. The combined total is shown as your shipping charge.
My order is over 20 kg. How will it be delivered?
If you pay in advance and your city is on the Daewoo network, you can request Daewoo FastEx doorstep delivery on WhatsApp for orders up to 30 kg. Otherwise, orders over 20 kg (excluding live plants) are sent by goods transport (builty). You pay Rs. 1,000 at checkout, our team contacts you with the transport details, and you collect the parcel from the transport terminal in your city.
Checkout shows Rs. 0 shipping for my plant order. Is it free?
No. For live plant orders over 10 kg, checkout shows Special Delivery at Rs. 0 because the charge depends on the route and transport. Our team will contact you to confirm the charge before dispatch.
How is the weight of my order calculated?
We add up the weight of every product in your cart. You can see the shipping charge for your cart's weight at checkout before paying.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive tracking details on WhatsApp/SMS after dispatch, or you can track it at apnaugao.com/pages/track-order.
