Fill Your Tray Spread seeds evenly on Coco Coir , Jute Mat . Seed rate: 5–8g per standard 10×20 tray.

Move to Light & Water Place in bright indirect light or under a grow light. Bottom-water only — never spray leaves directly. Keep medium moist but never waterlogged.

Harvest Cut at 1.5–2 inches (4–5 cm) using clean scissors. Cut just above the growing medium. Single cut — does not regrow.

How to Grow Alfalfa Microgreens
Prepare Tray: Use a shallow tray with cocopeat or moist soil.
Sow Seeds: Spread evenly on the surface — no need to bury them.
Cover: Keep the tray covered for 2–3 days until germination starts.
Light: Move to indirect sunlight once sprouts appear.
Water: Mist gently once or twice daily to keep moist.
Harvest: Cut microgreens when 2–3 inches tall (in 6–8 days). Rinse and enjoy!

i likes the idea to grow microgreens at home. so i ordered 2 of them , mashaallah both grows well
While these Garden Cress seeds sprouted quickly, they didn’t thrive as expected in my garden. The flavor was mild, and some plants didn’t grow as well in warmer temperatures. Not the best choice for hot climates.
