Base Fertilizer for Home Gardening
8:23:18 NPK is a high-phosphorus base fertilizer, primarily used during the planting stage to promote strong root development and prepare the soil for better plant growth.
Why Use 8:23:18 as a Base Fertilizer?
✔ High Phosphorus (P – 23%) → Strengthens roots and helps young plants establish.
✔ Moderate Nitrogen (N – 8%) → Supports early leaf and stem growth.
✔ Balanced Potassium (K – 18%) → Improves disease resistance and plant strength.
It is commonly used in vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and flowering plants to ensure healthy establishment from the beginning.
How to Use 8:23:18 Fertilizer?
1. Soil Preparation (Before Planting)
🔹 Mix 50-100g per square meter into the soil before sowing seeds or transplanting seedlings.
🔹 Water well after application to help nutrients integrate with the soil.
2. For Young Plants (After Transplanting)
🔹 Apply 1 teaspoon (5g) per plant at the base (away from the stem).
🔹 For larger plants, use 20-30g per square meter.
🔹 Repeat every 20-30 days for better growth.
3. Liquid Fertilizer Application (For Quick Absorption)
🔹 Dissolve 5g in 1 liter of water and apply at the base of plants every 15 days

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are usually processed within 0–1 business day. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m., on weekends or on public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
During busy periods or unexpected courier delays, delivery may take longer than usual. We’ll contact you if we expect a significant delay.
Payment and Cash on Delivery
Orders over Rs. 2,000 or with a total weight above 2 kg may require partial or full advance payment.
After you submit your order, our customer support team will contact you to confirm the payment arrangement based on your order. Please provide a working phone number so we can reach you.
Lahore Delivery and Store Pickup
Lahore customers may be able to receive their orders through Bykea or another local delivery service. The customer pays the local delivery fee.
You can also collect your order free of charge from the ApnaUgao store. Our team will share the pickup location and confirm when your order is ready.
Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct. If the courier cannot deliver because the customer is unavailable or the address or contact details are incorrect, the parcel may be held by the courier for up to three days before it is returned to ApnaUgao.
If a delivery attempt fails, contact us promptly to discuss the next steps. Additional delivery costs may apply if the order needs to be sent again.
Please accept your order once it has been dispatched. If you refuse a delivery without a valid reason, you may be responsible for the delivery and handling costs.
Delivery Instructions
You can add delivery instructions at checkout, such as where the courier should call or whether someone else can receive the parcel. We’ll pass your instructions to the courier, but we can’t guarantee they can follow every request.
If you ask for a parcel to be left without a signature or handed to someone else, please make sure it can be received safely.
Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible and may involve an additional courier fee.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation within one day of placing your order, provided it has not been dispatched. Send your request in writing to hello@apnaugao.com and include your order number.
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. ApnaUgao may cancel an order if we’re unable to process or fulfil it.
Pre-orders and Large Items
Orders containing pre-order items will usually be dispatched when all items are ready. Pre-order dates are estimates and may change.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at hello@apnaugao.com or 0300 0300 699. Include your order number and clear photos where relevant. We’ll review the issue and contact you about the available resolution.
