Grow Catmint (Nepeta cataria), also called Catnip or Cat's Mint, a hardy perennial of the mint family with soft, grey-green aromatic leaves and spikes of small white flowers.
A Calming Tea Herb That Cats and Bees Love!
Catmint grows 0.5–1 m tall and keeps producing fresh leaves for most of the year. The leaves are traditionally used in soothing herbal infusions, and are best harvested in summer just before the plant flowers, when their aroma is strongest.
