How to Use Garden Seedling Trays (32 Plugs)

Garden seedling trays with 32 plugs have larger cells that provide more space for root growth, making them ideal for stronger seedlings and plants that stay longer before transplanting.

Filling the Tray Fill each cell with a light growing medium such as cocopeat, peat moss, or fine potting mix without compacting it too tightly.

Sowing Seeds Place 1–2 seeds in each cell at proper depth and cover lightly with the same medium.

Watering Method Water gently from the top or place the tray over a bottom tray filled with water for bottom watering to maintain even moisture.

Placement Keep the tray in a bright area with indirect sunlight and maintain a warm environment for faster germination.

Seedling Care After germination, provide proper light and airflow to prevent weak or leggy plants and keep soil moist but not soggy.

Delivery Attempts:

  • In normal circumstances we aim to deliver items marked standard delivery within 3-5 working days to all over Pakistan from Monday to Friday for orders placed before 11am (excluding Bank Holidays). However, we are all aware that these are far from normal times so we will get your order to you as quickly as possible and keep you notified of anything that will take more than 5 days to deliver. We are currently experiencing high volumes of orders and deliveries may take slightly longer than normal
  • If initial delivery fails or the customer is unavailable, our courier partner will hold the product for 3 days before returning it to the ApnaUgao office. Once it is back in our facility we book it as returns.
  • We request customers to accept their orders once shipped. If a delivery is refused without any valid reason, the delivery and handling charges of the shipment will need to be covered by the customer.

Customer Instructions:

  • Specify any special delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., 'leave with neighbor' or 'round back of house'). In the absence of instructions, additional charges for failed deliveries are the customer's responsibility.

Signature Requirement:

  • In case you prefer goods to be left without a signature, ensure the package's safety. Neither ApnaUgao nor the courier accepts liability for goods left without a signature.

Address Changes:

  • Once dispatched, any customer-requested change in delivery address incurs an additional charge.

PROCESSING TIME: Speeding Seeds to Your Garden:

  • Prepaid orders: Shipped within 2 business days.
  • COD orders: Confirmed within 2 business days after addressing order amount and delivery details.

CANCELLATION: Growing Flexibility:

  • Cancel orders within 1 day of recieving through a written request (Preferably the email you used during checkout) Mentioning the Order Number. No cancellations entertained post dispatch. ApnaUgao reserves the right to cancel any order.

  • Address faulty/damaged goods promptly. Resolution depends on the nature of the fault and the customer's ownership duration.
