Heirloom Artichoke Organic Seeds - Vert de Provence

Grow Artichoke Vert de Provence — the classic large-headed French green artichoke, one of the most architectural and rewarding vegetables you can grow in Pakistan's cooler regions. A perennial that produces generously for 8–10 years once established. The large, fleshy buds are harvested before opening and eaten boiled or grilled — the heart is a delicacy in Mediterranean and Pakistani fusion cooking. Vert de Provence is the standard commercial French artichoke, producing large, uniform, deeply flavoured heads.
