Ageratum Blue Horizon F1 Hybrid Flower Seeds – Tall Blue Cut Flower
Features
Surface sow — press gently into soil and do not cover (seeds need light to germinate).
Bring cool, dreamy colour to your garden with Ageratum Blue Horizon F1 Hybrid Flower Seeds (Ageratum houstonianum). This tall, premium F1 hybrid produces dense clusters of soft fluffy blue flowers on strong upright stems — perfect for cut flowers, bedding displays, and pollinator gardens.
Why You'll Love Blue Horizon Ageratum
- Soft, fluffy powder-blue flowers in dense clusters
- Tall 50–70 cm habit — excellent for cut flowers (unlike most dwarf ageratum)
- Strong upright stems that resist lodging
- F1 hybrid — uniform habit and superior bloom power
- Continuous blooming for months
- Attracts butterflies, bees, and beneficial pollinators
- Long vase life as a cut flower
Growing in Pakistan
Ageratum Blue Horizon is a warm-season annual that thrives in Pakistan's mild winter and early summer months. Sow September to February in plain regions (Punjab, Sindh) for late winter to spring blooms (December–May). In cooler northern hill areas, sow February to April for summer flowering. Surface-sow seeds and press lightly into soil — they need light to germinate. Keep evenly moist. Germination takes 7–10 days at 20–25°C. Transplant when seedlings have 3–4 true leaves, spacing 25–30 cm apart. Provide full sun and moderate water. Pinch tips at 4–6 inches for more branching and blooms.
