Balsam Dwarf Mix Summer Flower Seeds

Charming Rose-Like Balsam Blooms in Compact Plants

Balsam Dwarf Mix "Tom Thumb" (Impatiens balsamina) is a beloved warm-season annual that produces fully double, rose-like blooms in vibrant shades of pink, red, white, salmon, and purple. The compact dwarf plants stay neat at 8–12 inches — ideal for pots, balconies, borders, and small-space gardens across Pakistan.

Known locally as Gul-e-Mehndi, balsam is one of the easiest and most rewarding summer flowers, with seedpods that famously "pop" when touched — giving the plant its other common name, Touch-Me-Not.

Growing in Pakistan

Balsam is a warm-season flower that thrives in Pakistani heat and humidity. For Punjab, Sindh, and most plain regions, sow from February–August for continuous blooming through spring, summer, and autumn. In cooler northern hill areas (Murree, Swat, Hunza), sow March–July. Provide full sun to partial shade, fertile well-drained soil, and consistent moderate watering. Balsam appreciates slightly more water than other summer flowers, especially during peak heat.
