This variety features large purple cauliflower heads with an average weight of 1.3 - 1.5 kg. It is a Non-Hybrid, Open Pollinated and Non-GMO seed type. The plant has a late maturity and is winter hardy, making it an excellent strain for early to late harvesting. The curd itself has a dome shape and typically weighs between 1.0 and 1.5 kg.
