How To Grow

Sow Mammoth Gold seeds 1 inch deep in a prepared hill of very rich, well-composted soil. Germination in 7—14 days at 22–28°C. Space 5–7 feet apart — Mammoth Gold produces very large vines needing substantial space. Feed every 2 weeks with balanced fertiliser then switch to high-potassium once fruits set. Fruits grow to 15–50 kg — once a fruit is grapefruit-sized, focus the plant’s energy on that single fruit by removing competing fruits for maximum size. Sweet orange flesh excellent for halwa and cooking.
