Thai Holy Basil (Tulsi) Herb Seeds – Sacred Aromatic Leaves

Grow Thai Holy Basil (Tulsi / Ocimum tenuiflorum) — a sacred and deeply aromatic herb with a complex peppery-clove-mint fragrance quite distinct from sweet basil. Pakistan’s most revered medicinal herb, used for Tulsi chai, Ayurvedic immune tonics, and stress-relief herbal infusions. More heat-tolerant than sweet basil — thrives in Pakistan’s peak summer when other basils struggle. An exceptional plant for both the kitchen and the medicine cabinet.

How To Grow

Sow Tulsi (Holy Basil) seeds 1/4 inch deep in warm moist potting mix. Germination in 5–7 days at 20–26°C. Tulsi is more heat-tolerant than sweet basil and actually improves in Pakistan’s peak summer temperatures. A sacred herb in South Asian culture used for herbal tea (Tulsi chai), Ayurvedic remedies, and as an adaptogenic herb. The complex peppery-clove-mint aroma is quite different from sweet basil. Pinch flower spikes to maximise leaf production.
