How To Grow

Sow Yellow Capsicum seeds 1/4 inch deep in moist seed-starting mix. Keep at 25–30°C for 10–21 days. Start indoors 8–10 weeks before transplanting. Transplant when seedlings have 5–7 true leaves and nights are above 15°C, spacing 18–24 inches apart. Yellow Capsicum turns golden-yellow as it ripens — slightly sweeter than red and milder than green, with a unique fruity note. Excellent raw in salads, roasted, or stuffed with cheese and baked.
