Fenugreek (Qasuri Methi) OP Seeds – Heirloom, Non-GMO

Grow Fenugreek (Qasuri Methi) — Pakistan’s most beloved and versatile kitchen herb. Fresh methi leaves (methi patta) add a distinctive bittersweet flavour to saag, aloo methi, parathas, and yogurt dips. The seeds (methi dana) are a foundational spice for tarka and spice blends. One of the easiest, fastest, and most productive herbs in the Pakistani kitchen garden — first harvest in just 3–4 weeks.

Direct sow Fenugreek (Methi) seeds 1/4 inch deep in fertile, well-drained soil. Germination in 3–5 days at 15–25°C — one of the fastest-germinating herbs. Thin to 4–6 inches apart. Harvest tender young leaves (methi patta) from 3–4 weeks onwards. For seed harvest (methi dana): allow pods to dry fully on the plant, then thresh. Sow successively every 2–3 weeks throughout the cool season for a continuous supply of fresh methi leaves.
