Thinning & Juice Tip
Detroit seeds are multi-germ clusters — thin to one plant per cluster when seedlings reach 2 inches. Harvest at 5–7 cm — larger roots develop woody rings. Fresh Detroit beetroot juice is exceptionally sweet when blended with a squeeze of lemon.
