Growing in Pakistan 🇵🇰
Spinach is a cool-season crop and grows beautifully across Pakistan in winter. For Punjab, Sindh, and most plain regions, sow from September–February for a continuous winter–spring harvest. In cooler northern hill areas (Murree, Swat, Hunza, Quetta), sow February–April and again August–September. Spinach bolts and turns bitter in temperatures above 25°C, so time sowing for cool weather. Provide rich, well-drained soil, full sun to partial shade, and consistent watering.
