How To Grow

Sow Light Green Capsicum seeds 1/4 inch deep in moist seed-starting mix. Keep at 25–30°C for 10–21 days. Start indoors 8–10 weeks before transplanting. Transplant when seedlings have 5–7 true leaves and nights are above 15°C, spacing 18–24 inches apart. Light Green Capsicum produces pale lime-green fruits — milder in flavour than dark green with a delicate sweetness. Harvested earlier in the ripening process, these fruits have a fresh, tender bite and cook more quickly than thick-walled dark green varieties.
