Growing in Pakistan
Scallop squash is a warm-season crop. For Punjab and most plain regions, sow from February–April for a spring–early summer harvest, and again from July–August for an autumn harvest. In cooler northern hill areas (Murree, Swat, Hunza), sow April–June. Provide full sun, rich well-drained soil, and consistent watering at the base. Harvest fruits young (5–10 cm) for the best flavour and to keep plants producing.
