How To Grow

Sow Kali Tori seeds 1/2 inch deep directly in warm fertile soil or start indoors 3–4 weeks before transplanting. Germination in 5–10 days at 22–28°C. No trellis needed — zucchini forms a large bushy plant that sprawls outward. Space 24–30 inches apart as plants spread widely. Harvest dark green fruits at 15–20 cm when skin is firm and glossy. Do not allow fruits to grow beyond 25 cm or they become seedy and lose flavour. Pick every 2–3 days for continuous production all season.
