How To Grow

Sow Gol Tori seeds 1/2 inch deep directly in warm fertile soil or start indoors 3–4 weeks before transplanting. Germination in 5–10 days at 22–28°C. No trellis needed — Gol Tori is a compact bushy zucchini. Space 24–30 inches apart. Round 8-ball style fruits are best harvested at 7–10 cm in diameter — about the size of a tennis ball to a small apple. At this stage the skin is tender, seeds are soft, and the flesh is sweet. Larger fruits are perfect for stuffing whole — scoop out the centre and fill.
