How To Grow

Sow RAF Tomato seeds 1/4 inch deep in moist seed-starting mix. Keep at 22–28°C for 7–14 days. Start indoors 6–8 weeks before transplanting. Transplant spacing 24 inches apart with firm staking. RAF (Resistant to Alternaria Fulva) is a premium Spanish heirloom prized for intensely complex, sweet-acid balanced flavour and a distinctive crinkled-ridged surface. Medium-large fruits of 150–300g. One of Spain’s most celebrated and expensive market tomatoes — best flavour develops in warm rather than extreme heat.
