DELIVERY POLICY : Bringing Home Gardening to Your Doorstep

Welcome to ApnaUgao, where your gardening journey begins with the best seeds delivered efficiently. To ensure a seamless experience, here's a glimpse into our Delivery Policy:

Service Coverage:

• We proudly ship across Pakistan.

Delivery Attempts:

• In normal circumstances we aim to deliver items marked standard delivery within 3-5 working days to all over Pakistan from Monday to Friday for orders placed before 11am (excluding Bank Holidays). However, we are all aware that these are far from normal times so we will get your order to you as quickly as possible and keep you notified of anything that will take more than 5 days to deliver. We are currently experiencing high volumes of orders and deliveries may take slightly longer than normal
• If initial delivery fails or the customer is unavailable, our courier partner will hold the product for 3 days before returning it to the ApnaUgao office. Once it is back in our facility we book it as returns.
• We request customers to accept their orders once shipped. If a delivery is refused without any valid reason, the delivery and handling charges of the shipment will need to be covered by the customer.

Customer Instructions:

• Specify any special delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., 'leave with neighbor' or 'round back of house'). In the absence of instructions, additional charges for failed deliveries are the customer's responsibility.

Signature Requirement:

• In case you prefer goods to be left without a signature, ensure the package's safety. Neither ApnaUgao nor the courier accepts liability for goods left without a signature.

Address Changes:

• Once dispatched, any customer-requested change in delivery address incurs an additional charge.

PROCESSING TIME: Speeding Seeds to Your Garden:

• Prepaid orders: Shipped within 2 business days.
• COD orders: Confirmed within 2 business days after addressing order amount and delivery details.

CANCELLATION: Growing Flexibility:

• Cancel orders within 1 day of recieving through a written request (Preferably the email you used during checkout) Mentioning the Order Number. No cancellations entertained post dispatch. ApnaUgao reserves the right to cancel any order.

FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS: Quality Assurance:

• We pledge to deliver top-quality seeds and other gardening products fit for purpose.
• Address faulty/damaged goods promptly. Resolution depends on the nature of the fault and the customer's ownership duration.
• We strive for accurate information on apnaugao.com but cannot guarantee a fault-free experience.
• Orders containing "pre-orders" will be dispatched when the order is complete.
• Pre-order delivery dates are estimated and are therefore subject to change.
• Exclusions apply on heavy or larger items, this will be calculated at the checkout stage and will show as a surcharge.
